We have distribution centres in Switzerland and Germany (EU). Your order is processed automatically and is usually sent out the same day if placed before 2 p.m. (CH) (Mon–Fri). Shipping times vary by destination.

Swiss deliveries are shipped from our warehouse in canton Zürich, so there are no import fees and delivery is efficient throughout Switzerland.

EU deliveries are shipped from our German distribution centre, so no import duties are expected within the EU.

Worldwide deliveries are shipped from our EU distribution centre; some jurisdictions may levy import duties on goods arriving from the EU.

Currency note: totals may fluctuate slightly when selecting different currencies.

We do not ship products to the following countries;

Turkey, Iraq, Russia, Egypt, Ukraine, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Iran.

Please note that estimated shipping times can be affected by public holidays, disruptive events, or transport delays beyond our control. We will help you track your package and you may contact us at any time. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and usually respond to delivery queries within 24-48 hours.

If you wish to expedite your order, place it as usual, then use our contact form to request faster delivery—we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Import taxes and duties are set by each country and remain the customer’s responsibility.

How long will my order take to arrive?
See the table above. We dispatch promptly, but delivery may take longer at busy times or during transport disruptions.

Can I change my shipping address after dispatch?
Unfortunately not. Once the order has left our warehouse, address changes are impossible. Please double-check your details and notify us at chat@puru.ch immediately if something is incorrect. PURU Suisse cannot be liable for orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number and link in your shipping-confirmation email. If you cannot find these details, please contact us.

Can I use a P.O. Box as my shipping address?
Within Switzerland, yes, for free regular mail. For other destinations, please provide a physical home or business address and a mobile phone number so the courier can contact you if necessary.
