We have distribution centers in Switzerland and Germany and your order will be processed instantly and is usually sent out the same day (if ordered by 12am Mon-Fri) Shipping can take longer depending on the delivery address and country.
All EU deliveries are sent from our German distribution center so no import duties are expected for EU shipping.

Switzerland: 2-3 working days
EU & European countries: 7-10 working days
Cost: FREE SHIPPING for all orders above 50€ and 9.9€ for orders below 50€
For the rest of the world: 10-14 working days
EU & European countries: 3-5 working days
For the rest of the world: 5-7 working days
We do not ship products to the following countries;
Turkey, Iraq, Russia, Egypt, Ukraine, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhsta, Belarus, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Iran.

NOTE: Please be aware that currently our estimated shipping times can experience unexpected delays in reaching the final destination. How long will my order take to arrive?
The above delivery times are estimates only. We ship your package soon after order has been received and depending on times of the year the number of working days to deliver can take longer. This is especially at times around public holidays or restrictions and availability of transport networks or public infrastructure.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to double check your order details and notify our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Puru Suisse will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If for any reason, this is not working or you are having trouble finding these details, please contact us.
Can I use a P.O Box as my shipping address?
For orders shipped in Switzerland with our free regular mail option you may use a PO Box. If you have chosen to use DHL express postage, please ensure your postal address is to a home or business address. You must also provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can call you if they require further delivery confirmation and/or updates.
