Manihot Esculenta Root (Tapioca Starch)*
PURU’s Cassava, or Tapioca Starch, ingredient derives from the EU and is simply made from the whole, white part of the Cassava (Manihot Esculenta) root. The root is dried and finely ground to produce a finely textured gluten-free flour.
